  Studio Policies 

To reserve your wedding coverage with Distinctive Image, a reservation fee of $500.00 is required. (Your wedding date is not confirmed until your initial reservation fee is received) Sales tax is added to all wedding packages and photographs. 

A second reservation fee of $500 is required eight weeks prior to your wedding date.

The final balance of your package selection is due seven days before the wedding date.

Any advance payments are non-refundable in the event the wedding is cancelled, or if we are unable to cover your event due to a change of date or time made by you. Studio liability is limited to monies paid.

All additional orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. Orders placed after the original order are subject to a reorder fee.

Prices received at the time of reserving your wedding are guaranteed for three months after the wedding date.  Any orders placed after this time will be at current pricing.

The Essentials
 1) This includes 5 hours of photographic time*. Also included is a minimum
of 300 previews in a custom preview album .....$1595.00

 2) This includes 6 hours of photographic time*. Also included is a minimum
of 350 previews in a custom preview album .....$1795.00
 

 Essentials Additional- Custom Designed Flush Mounted Albums

24 page 10x10 Flush Mount Album (minimum of 80 images in the album)....$995.00

32 page 10x10 Flush Mount Album (minimum of 140 images in the album)....$1195.00

The Designer
  The ultimate in Wedding Albums which includes 7 hours of photographic coverage* and a photographic assistant. 
All Albums are created individually for the Bride and Groom and are finished in a leather hardbound library style album
with flush mounted pages.  

24 page 10x10 Album (minimum of 100 images in the album).....$2795.00

32 page 10x10 Album (minimum of 140 images in the album).....$3395.00

38 page 10x10 Album (minimum of 160 images in the album).....$3995.00

32 page 12x12 Album (minimum of 140 images in the album).....$3995.00

Original Digital Images on DVD

All your final digital images on DVD with a copyright release.......$395.00
